Our regular pool service will include pool equipment check, water test & balance, adjusting equipment settings, backwashing or cleaning filter cartridge element, cleaning pump and skimmer baskets, cleaning chlorinator cell, scooping leaves and brushing steps.
In most cases One-Off (one time) pool service is similar as regular pool service, but we try to provide more feedback about the condition of the pool equipment to the customer. It also generally takes longer and therefore service fee is higher than regular pool service.
Green pools often require more treatment with pool chemicals and may need a few visits by our technician. We also try to identify what part of pool fitration system failed and caused the pool to go green and ensure that this doesn't repeat.
We come on-site to check your pool filtration system. This includes checking your pool chlorinator, chlorine dosing system, pool pump, pool filter and robotic or suction cleaner. Some repairs can be done on-site, others may require ordering parts or removing pool equipment for workshop repairs.
